The homeowners of Rockwood Estates and Villas welcome you to our neighborhood. Our neighborhood is located across from the Country Club golf course, within a short drive to Lake Miola, local schools, shopping, and downtown Paola with convenient access to interstates. The subdivision provides a walking path, a small stocked pond, and a children’s playground. Separate from Estates, The Villas offers residents the ease of general lawn maintenance, including mowing, weed removal, spraying, snow removal, and more provided for by their HOA fees.
